Due to our rapid and exciting growth we are currently recruiting for Complex care support workers within Hull to work in our complex care locations.
You will be passionate about working with young adults and adults in a person-centred way who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mental Health conditions and other disabilities who at times may display challenging behaviour.
You will support people to live in their own homes and to achieve and improve their quality of life by engaging them in their local community and empowering them to identify their goals, pursue their interest and hobbies.

This position is compliant with Para. 1 Sch.9 of The Equality Act 2010 relating to Occupational Requirements and is also subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
